Clean rooms, comfortable beds , but rooms and restrooms are too small and rooms amenities are too limited. Hotel has a great pool with a nice view. Didn’t like the breakfast that comes with the room they need to have a better service in the breakfast area.

The staff were very cheerful, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay which made the experience better. The only downside was the “free breakfast” since some items were not actually included. We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the food was simply delicious! Every moment spent there was nothing short of fantastic. But the cherry on top? The breathtaking views from the restaurant, rooftop, swimming pool,and our rooms were truly mind-blowing! Nestled in an incredibly beautiful location, the hotel is just a quick 15-minute drive from the stunning Valle de Guadalupe. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to go back!

Parking lot is not finished. I paid extra for cold chilaquiles, cold eggs, no flavor creamers, no friendly access to the beach, room was hot when I got in , it cool down but then too cold. Paid for two more guess in our room however I had to ask for blankets, pillows, sheets and towels. The second bed was a sofa but it states it can sleep two more people but actually the sofa is for one people . Sofa was uncomfortable to sleep for two people. The view was really good to the ocean.

Parking attended seated if we left at night, we were not guaranteed a parking space in the designated area. Check-in closes at 10 PM. Make sure to arrive before then. There’s lots of loose and moldy wood pieces by the pool area however, nice ocean view temperature a pool delightful restaurant bar area by the pool is closed on Sundays. The free breakfast was gland for being in Mexico.
