The hotel is a perfect place to go if you are interested in the museums. It’s also super location for one of the central shopping streets. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful to us.

Location was excellent - right across the street from bus stop that comes from/goes to airport. Also next to huge park and many of the spots and restaurants to visit. Rooms may have problems with cool AC - so be cautious of that going in.

Our room was lovely… very clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little dated but nice with a lot of sink and counter space. Our included breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety including coffees and omelettes made to order.

Great property in the middle of everything Amsterdam. Major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance or a short tram/bus ride away. Superb, efficient, and friendly staffs. Clean rooms. Great bedding. Overall a great quality experience. Will not hesitate to book again in the future.

8/10 Very good

When I arrived I was assigned a room that had not yet been serviced but it was a mix up that the management quickly fixed. They sent me to a new cleaned room right away and they offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. I would stay here again because I feel their staff is very customer service oriented and deals with small mix ups quickly. We also took an evening boat tour and the hotel was very close to the pick up location so that was very nice. They even had an outlet that was compatible with US power plugs which was pretty nice. Recommend staying here, if you are American you will be very comfortable .
