The stay at the Hyatt Grand Central was most enjoyable. Staff very friendly and very supportive of our needs. Very luxurious and we made the most of the stay. Close to most sights in NYC and transport with Grand Central station close by. Food court also close for cheap eats.

Centrally located for easy walking and subway use.

Great central location for walking and subway. Check in and check out were easy. It has a small market inside for your basic needs for lunch and breakfast. Clean very well decorated. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom was a very small and the toilet paper is cheap. Bed was very comfortable all your basic needs in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
