Sheraton Abu Dhabi was convenient. I only stayed for a day since it was my last night of my trip but it was good! The room was small but I like the table nook that I used while watching tv & eating. I brought my food in & just relaxed. The balcony was small but I went out to see other parts of the city. Check out the World Trade Center. It’s smaller than the other bigger malls but you’ll be surprised to find some great practical items.

Relaxing stay

The Sheraton is a lovely hotel in a great location with the benefit of it’s own beach and large outdoor area. Staff verse very friendly and helpful, especially with our PCR tests. The food was great and the buffet had a large selection. As we were there with Abu Dhabi and Etihad having strict Covid testing, the hotel was quite quiet and some facilities weren’t open but didn’t detract from our stay.

Average maybe above average hotel for a well Known brand. In Abu Dhabi you have to step up your game if you want to compete with good hotels. The biggest issue here is that the property needs maintenance. It’s not bad, but definitely can improve.

A very beautiful and luxurious hotel, renovated rooms, excellent food at breakfast and a large selection at dinner. The cleanliness is the highlight, the pleasant pool and the private beach. We booked a club room, with access to the lounge, which unfortunately does not justify the price, really poor what is served there during opening hours. Gotta change that!

I recommend this hotel , location and amenities are excellent . Intern staff are excellent and very helpful , also the duty manager Sami was more than helpful. However the Middle Management and Night Manager seriously they require to be extensively trained in how to respond to customer’s requests as well as how to make customers feel welcome. I really hope effort is put in training the team , as it effects the experience one can have at the hotel.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

Not that great afterall.

Terrible stay, unfortunately. AC's not working and they simply just said they were working on it. Checkin took over an hour. And our rooms were not ready till 4:25pm even though our check in time was 3pm. Husna at the reception was fabulous to work with but the limitations of the hotel were not cooperating with her.

There are only 2 restaurants, one was only buffet service, and opened 4 dinner at 7pm which was a bit late 4 us 2 eat. The other opened 4 dinner also at 7pm, but u could get something ala carte if u wanted. The beach was good, but the water too warm so it wasn't refreshing. The pool was GREAT, but getting a lounge was challenging if u didn't get there early enough. Would be nice if there were a PRINTED Channel Guide 4 the TV. The mini bar DEFINITELY needs 2 be colder, or replace them with a mini fridge!

Worst stay ever

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a 5 star hotel. I booked the hotel for a short staycation for a friends birthday based on the reviews and we were so disappointed. The hotel has been renovated but it looks so cheap and its a mix of old and new which frankly does not give 5 star vibes. The room was clean and nice but you could hear everything! We didnt sleep till 2am because the next door rooms were speaking loudly, we could even hear them eating and moving their utensils and their phone ringing and doors banging shut. In the end I had to call down to reception and even then it didnt stop. The beach is small and is on a canal so you barely get any beach view the only view you get is an abandoned building and the can and the cars driving over the bridge! Not really resort vibes!!
