Great location and quiet for this town. Easy parking and comfortable rooms. There needs a bit of work to clean up patio area, shabby furniture left randomly, unused unkempt barbecue, dog mess from hotel dog on lawn…but all could be easily addressed. Pool area open to children until 10pm so can be noisy until then and seems unnecessarily late! gym equipment limited and cramped. Overall would recommend though.

We stayed in this hotel our journey down France. First visit very good, nice room, pleasant staff. Breakfast disappointing. On the way back home our second time – I had booked wrong day and we arrived a day early, but hotel staff were helpful and changed date. Room was OK. However, after we returned from dinner at 9.30 we were unable to get into hotel. We had not been given directions on how to enter. Fortunately, after a while we found a window open into reception and I was able to climb in. Otherwise, we might have had to sleep in the car! Next morning we explained what had happened and we got no apology, some attempt to tell us the code – too late, and possibly a small reduction in the bill. we wont be going again.

Nous sommes venus en famille, mon mari, ma fille et moi même, pour une nuit uniquement. Malgré les indications sur le site d’hôtels.com, impossible de se garer dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Éventuellement, juste le temps de déposer les bagages, uniquement si vous avez une petite voiture car l’accès se fait par un porche étroit. Parking public gratuit à l’arrière de l’hôtel, dans une rue en contrebas. Cependant, juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, il y a une borne de rechargement pour les voitures électriques. Accueil très particulier par un homme d’un certain âge, le patron semble t-il, vraiment désagréable avec un humour étrange. L’ascenseur ne dessert pas toutes les chambres. On a dû monter au 2 ème étage avec l’ascenseur, pour ensuite descendre un demi étage et en remonter un autre demi à pied. Heureusement, la chambre était bien, propre et lumineuse. Ou plutôt la suite, puisqu’il y avait deux pièces. Une avec un grand lit, l’autre avec un canapé lit. Une salle de douche et un wc séparé. Bonnes literies confortables. Climatisation. Meubles anciens. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont à revoir tout comme le matériel de sport qui ne semblent pas très bien entretenu. Pour un endroit qui s’annonce comme « spa » il n’a de spa que le nom. Très décevant. Attention si vous arrivez le samedi, le dimanche matin la rue est bloquée pour cause de marché. Le reste du personnel est très poli et attentionné. Un geste commercial nous a d’ailleurs été fait.

Personnel de la réception à l’écoute des clients. Par contre, cet hôtel est annoncé climatisé mais pas de climatisation uniquement un petit ventilateur. Un autre problème est la douche… Il y a une fuite à l’étage depuis un certain temps et pas réparé. Il manque aussi un joint à la porte de douche qui entraine certainement des fuites d’eau à l’étage inférieur.
