We loved our stay there! The staff was great. Can’t beat the location! We had dinner on the roof and it was a magical view and loved that the owner personally greeted everyone there! We would highly recommend to friends and family visiting Palermo!

6/10 Good

First the positives: The location is excellent, rooms spacious, and the air conditioning very quiet. Sophia was very friendly and helpful. However, there were a few negatives. The pillows were quite hard, giving us sore necks. We were told there were no options for other pillow types. The bathroom was the other problem. Poor lighting in front of the mirror and a fan that was very loud and could not be turned off without turning off the light. There was also a persistent sewage smell. A previous review mentioned that also, so perhaps we were in the same room. These are all problems, that if addressed, would have made for a much more pleasant stay.

Great location in midst of city center. Room was lovely & clean Housekeepers were best ever. Staff were very knowledgable & helpful. This is a small serviced apartment. On top floor is a haute cuisine restaurant managed by great chef & his wife. 5 stars are not enough.
