Absolutely gorgeous property right on the beach. We loved the included breakfast and the access to the beach umbrellas. Our room had an amazing ocean view and was somewhat air-conditioned. Could have used a fan to create more air flow. We loved Holbox island but important to know it is very rustic and with the exception of the room, nothing in town has a/c and there are plenty of mosquitoes.

We stayed 6 nights. Had problems with toilet since we arrived. There is animal droppings in shower daily. No T.V in room. Daily breakfast was delicious. Distance from centro restaurants is far. 30 min walking but taxis available often 150 pesos each way to centro restaurants. Hammocks and beach area are beautiful.
