Paid double for the room, still no refund received

I paid over hotels.com and again at the reception during checking in. So I have paid double. I sent the hotel an e-mail with the explanation and proof of double payment. I didn’t receive any answer nor a refund.

8/10 Very good

This property was beautifully restored and I really wanted to like it super much: however, there were a few things that I came across and wasn’t excited about. While the room was good, not fancy but nice, it was very hot due to the afternoon summer sun. Also, there is a decent restaurant below but the noise and cigarette smoke was coming in the room. Room fridge wasn’t working and tv remote (or the tv itself, I’m not sure) was messed up. Overall, the grounds are beautiful although a bit remote and off the beaten path so bring your refreshments with you unless you want to spent more money at the restaurant than needed. Check in and out was super easy. Place is clean and people friendly.

Zwischenstopp

Geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Und in einer Mappe Ausflustipps. Nicht weit von Prag und Melnik gelegen.

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel.

6/10 Good

Skvělé ubytování a retaurace
