When i book a hotel parking is very important for me. This property was very good except the parking issues. They have about 9 spots on the side of their building for guest of the hotel parking only. I parked in one of those spots and gave my keys to the parking attendant. After we took our luggage up to the room we came down to go out to get something to eat. I then noticed the attendant moved my car on the road. I confronted him and asked why. He was rude and made believe he didn't understand. The next day my car was still on the street with about 3 to 4 open spots for hotel guest only. I noticed a car parking in one of the spots and the attendant charged him 100 Tl for the spot and he wasn't even a hotel guest. I would never recommend this place to anyone there are many hotels to look at in this area. I really should give this place a one rating.

The location is excellent, convenient and well-situated for getting around the city, with easy access to nearby services and transport. My room was very clean and well maintained throughout the stay, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The check-in staff were especially welcoming and professional, creating a positive first impression with their friendly and helpful demeanor. I also want to highlight the cleaning staff, who were consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. Overall, Grand Silay Hotel offered a comfortable, clean, and hospitable experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The doors to the rooms needed to be slammed in order to be fully closed, in which was extremely disturbing especially at night when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast was also under par. The smell of the burnt cooking oil was coming all the way to the 8th floor.

bedsheets looked used. i asked front desk to change it. i also noted theres no clothes hanger in the room so asked them to bring a couple so i can hang my clothes. i received a call from frontdesk "Bahar" yelling at me. she literally asked me to "bring my own" bedsheets from home and to "never to come back" again if i think sheets are dirty. i checked out immediately. booked in different hotel. for all honesty this is my second time here, and my prior stay was good. also they are on the cheaper side but not that cheap.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing any of our concerns. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there were so many bugs that both my husband and I were bitten repeatedly and felt itchy the entire stay. The bathroom was extremely small, with a shower so cramped that even one person could barely fit inside. When we tried to give feedback, the staff did not take it seriously and refused to listen. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort made this stay unacceptable.
