Our room, while not over-big, was v clean quiet and all facilities were in good working order. Excellent shower. The food was great, well cooked and big choice- both breakfast and the evening meal. Reasonably priced. Staff helpful and efficient. We'll look forward to returning sometime and already recommending it to friends and family.

The staff were absolutely lovely here, in every area; bar, kitchen, cleaners; everyone we interacted with were just a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was great and really good value with great, friendly service. We also ate an evening meal there; portions were huge and great choice. Rooms were comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights. I would definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. And if I wasn’t clear at the beginning, the staff are fantastic; a real asset to the business!

Staff are always lovely and food is amazing! I stay here for work as often as possible. Rooms are basic but very clean and pleasant and reasonably priced. Only negative is that the bar closes at 9pm and there are no shops locally that ive found in walking distance which is not the fault of the hotel but a little inconvenient if you forget something or want a cold drink before bed
