The building looks old but the apartment is amazing renovated. It is 15 minutes walk to old town. It is a safe area to walk around and it is 8 minutes walk to the beach, which is by Park Hotel. I would surely rebook at this apartment again if i come back to visit Split

Great walking distance to the Old Town, shopping and restaurants. We managed to find street parking. Nicely renovated and shared laundry was a bonus with clothes line. The corners of the shower could use some bleach. Other than that highly recommended if you don’t mind stairs

The apartment is in a wonderful location with parking space. Just 10 minutes walk to the old town. We are provided plenty of useful instructions including check in/out steps, parking and Spilt visiting guides. The room is clean and in good condition. Everything is just perfect.

This is an apartment 3 in the back, overlooking a parking area. Free street parking is available. Very quiet. The apartment is small, a bedroom and dining room connected by a kitchen area. Nicely decorated, clean and nicely updated. A very restful stay. Close to downtown and Diocletian’s palace. Would recommend.

Adoramos a estadia de 01 dia no Lugo. Tudo novinho, silencioso em um bairro residencial e a rua tem estacionamento fácil. A distância do centro de Split é de 10 minutos no máximo andando. O dono do imóvel é super simpático e gentil, respondia rápido às mensagens e facilitou ao máximo a nossa estadia, inclusive, tem um manual no quarto com todas as informações necessárias para o hóspede. Quando voltarmos a Split, certamente nos hospedaremos no Lugo.

스플리트에서 가성비가 좋은 숙소입니다. 올드타운 등 주요 구경거리로 도보 여행이 가능합니다. 주변에 맛있는 bakery와 Konzum이 있어 식료품 구입도 수월하였습니다. 상세한 안내 등 주인의 배려가 돋보이는 숙소입니다만, 시설은 약간 낡아 보입니다. 그리고, 계단으로 carrier를 옮겨야 하는 불편함은 있습니다. 주차는 길가에 해야 하는데, 다행히 spot을 어렵지 않게 찾을 수 있었습니다.

El único problema fuea cama supletoria, que ni era cama ni nada. Era una tabla de madera corta e incómoda. Una persona de metro cincuenta sacaba los pies por abajo. Todo lo demás perfecto, cercanía, limpieza, recomendación para aparcar.
