Awesome place, hard bed this time

This the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here. The service is always awesome. Our only complaint is that the bed was super hard. My wife and I didn't sleep well. But we used the hot tub to massage the pain away. We love the Angels Nest and we will return.

Awesome Historic Bed & Breakfast

A beautiful bed and breakfast. The first floor has 12 foot ceilings with stained glass windows that must be at least 6 foot tall. The dining room and wood stair case are striking. The king beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff and owner work as a team, and they are gracious and go beyond the call of duty.

Charming stay in Weatherford, Texas

We were able to check into the Angels Nest rather late without any problems. Everything we needed was there waiting for us. We stayed in room number 9 which is a really nice and romantic room. The oversized Jacuzzi bathtub was a real plus after a long day of travel. This is a well taken care of Bed and Breakfast.

THE ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED BETTER, UPDATE THE CARPETS, CLEAN THE TUBS, TOILET NEEDS REPAIR WOULD NOT STOP RUNNING OR WAS NOT FLUSHING . THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE BUT I WOULD NOT GET INTO THE TUB OR WALK BARE FOOTED DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE CARPET & TUB. AGAIN THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE PLACE WERE VERY NICE .BUT THE PLACE COULD USE A DEEP CLEANING AT LEAST OUR ROOM & BREAKFAST WAS LIMITED FOR AN BED & BREAKFAST INN ...THE DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY NICE AND WELL KEPT.

Call ahead to see if their jacuzzi works

Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Point of this romantic get away was for a working jacuzzi. Nobody told us that theirs wasn’t working. We got in late and it was almost midnight when we got in. To find out it doesn’t work. Pointless to call and ask for another room.

Beautiful home !! We had a little problem we were in room 2 I chose this room for the private jacuzzi & when we went to go out after dark there was no power out there! The power was turned on & the hot tub still wouldn’t work! The person that answered the phone said just push the silver button but never came to check to make sure things were working! Made my reservation in advance so I feel like things should have been ready wen we got there! Didn’t appreciate the owner sitting on the porch outside of our room at 7:45 AM very noisily talking on the phone

The place is clean and the room we had had some issues. The shutters were broke so it took some rigging from my husband to get them to shut. We had to use the restroom across from the room which was no big deal. However it has no ventilation so being summer time it was hot in there kinda felt like an out house. I would definitely spend a little more and get a room that has a bathroom in it. The breakfast was okay. Our only complaint is there is no choice or idea what you will be having it is a surprise delivered to your door every morning. The meat was the same each day and the juice was the same each day. Eggs and fruit one day, French toast the second. My husband is a diabetic so breakfast was a no go on the second day for us.

50th Anniversary stay

The mansion is beautiful, if somewhat bedraggled. It needs some maintenance. Our Tv didn't work, the coffee maker was very tempermental, and the heater didn't work the night before that was freezing. My husband had to unplug it overnight to get it to reset in the morning.

Beautiful Victorian, our room was was exactly like the photos on line, comfortable bed. Sadly the property is for sale and there is some deferred maintenance such as burned out light bulbs, vent switch not working. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful. We would stay there again. Wonderful things to see in Weatherford.

The house was meticulously clean inside and out. It was beautifully decorated with antiques. The outside landscape was well kept and had many shade trees with chairs and swings for sitting in the shade of the trees.The house had porches that surround most of the house with comfortable chairs to sit in. The host was very friendly. The meals were freshly cooked and delicious.
