"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered in any hotel around the world—I truly appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness throughout my visit. The property itself is clean, but it does feel dated and could benefit from some refreshing and upgrades. The location is a strong point, with many restaurants within walking distance and about a 10-minute walk to Mall of Asia. As I was traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi was essential. Unfortunately, the connection was quite spotty, making it difficult to complete my work, which was a significant drawback. I was also a bit disappointed to find that the breakfast I added during booking ended up being more expensive than purchasing it separately at the hotel. The pool looked inviting, though I didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Overall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas for improvement. With many similarly priced options nearby, I may explore other hotels on my next visit—but others may still want to give this property a try."

"Conveniently located close to NAIA Terminal 3. Staff are attentive to guests needs. The hotel is rundown and needs major remodeling. The carpet looks so old and there is a musty smell of an old rag in the hallway. The overall appearance of the hotel looks neglected."
