"The staff was friendly and attentive from checking in to checking out. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The hotel is close to the sentrum as well as to the Arctic Cathedral and the Fjellheisen Cable car. All an easy walk. If you are going for northern lights and not on a tour (e.g., first night or last night), the 12th floor was an observation desk that provides a dark are for folks to photograph them. Our four nights in Tromsø were magical."
