We loved our 2nd stay at this hotel. Make sure to request a private bathroom and your stay will be perfect. They have a full kitchen, so save money and cook your own meals. The beds are cozy, rooms are tight, but perfect for a night especially at affordable prices and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport. No car, no problem, they have a quick way to hail a cab, and staff are available by intercom 24 hours.

However, we were visiting in March, and at that time of the year the options for a vegetarian is rather limited. Other than that, which is certainly understandable, this was a great place to relax, unwind, snowshoe, and ski (rentals in Tromso).
