"Their “bar” is a beer/juice/soda cooler in the lobby. For the “restaurant “ there was a choice between 3 frozen pizzas that you ordered from the front desk and then you took it to your room. The airport shuttle pick up was 20 minutes late."

"I was asked to pay taxes at the point of the check in. I wanted to pay full amount but I was told its not possible. Really upsetting, because I wanted to pay by cash and had my money ready but it was refused without giving me a reason. There is a restaurant on the top floor of the building which is absolutely awful. Horrible and overpriced food."
