"Great apartment with spectualar view over clouds. 15 mins walk to casino in Skybridge which connects to building. Good basic food options also in complex. "

"Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. "

"Clean room, good free parking, average food for breakfast but no bar. How can a hotel branded Swiss~Garden operate without a bar. One can drive up to the Genting complex quite easily."

"Room in poor condition. No WiFi. Dirty. Limited towel availability. No hand towels Amenities either broken or not working. Staff 3 times promised to fix WiFi. Nothing happened "

"The room was terrible. Smelly, not clean and even the bottle watter in the room was opened. I have been staying Wyndham around the world and this is the worst."
