"My stay at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos was excellent! My daughter and I felt very safe there at the resort. The staff was very friendly, kind and was attentive to our needs. We were assigned a butler and his name was Poli and he was amazing!! I would highly recommend him to take care of all of your needs. Also, my daughter and I had a few excursions that required taxi service and Alberto the bellman was always kind and available to call us a taxi. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos to future guests!"
