A group of 7 siblings took a road trip last year and we happenned to find this little jewel of a hotel by accident as the one we had chosen was not available. We had a 2 night stay and we all fell in love with this beautiful property. We enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again this year and had just as great a stay if not better as this time around most of the construction that was being done last year was completed and we were able to enjoy the full completed property.

Great short stay at Hacienda del Lago. Staff was excellent. Owner of establishment personally gave me a lift to restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon and taxi's were booked.
The rooms are spotless. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist in any of our needs. Perfect location for shopping and eating out. Walking distance to all the fun. Complimentary continental breakfast was served but they had very limited items that were included. They do offer a breakfast menu for a fee. We highly recommend Hotel Dex and we will definitely return.
Our stay there was great. The food in the restaurant was good on some days and awful on on other days. We were able to tell that there was different chefs. Some took more pride in preparing the food and some just didn't care.
Since we walked into the lobby we were greated by the bell boy, and the person at the front desk in a very nice and warm way, checked in with no issues and was informed of the restaurant service, as well room service.
The room was clean and fresh very well kept, you can tell the cleaning crew takes a lot of pride in what they do.
Every employee that we encounter thru out the whole stay was nice, kind and very helpful. The pool area was clean and the water in tho pool sparkly, it closes at 9 pm...
