"Hotel was mediocre and I wouldn’t stay here again. We chose it because it advertised an airport shuttle, but the first shuttle doesn’t leave until 5:15 AM—so if your flight is earlier, they won’t take you. The rooms were outdated and felt old. Overall, not worth it."

"We thought we lost something in the shuttle and they were SO good about looking and calling us back. Beyond kind. I would always stay there again. There are lots of airport hotels that are 'interchangeable'. Nice rooms, shuttle, breakfast - they are the best!"

"All I can say about this place was absolutely amazing. We loved it. The overall staff eas amazing so friendly I would definitely recommend this place. They provide shuttle service to and from airport. This place did not disappoint for sure"

"Upon arrival we were already concerned about the surrounding area which I will say is very sketchy and neither one of us felt safe outside the hotel. The hotel is surrounding by iron gates and razor wire. The free parking is located across the street and just a little way down the street. The security gate is opened from the hotel. It is a dirt / rock / and broken tile lot with many holes to navigate around. When you’re done parking you have to negotiate your way across a large roadway back to the hotel. The attendant on duty was super nice and caring. There is no elevator on the hotel and there are lots of stairs to walk up and down - with your luggage and bags. My wife has a bad knee and was struggling . When we got to our room, the bed was a double bed , not the 2 queen room we reserved. The attendant went all the way back to the little lobby “to see” if he had a room with 2 queens. He returned to take us to our new room which meant we had to go back up and down stairs to get back to the lobby then go in another direction up and dow more stairs carrying our luggage again to our room where there were 2 queens and not much more. It was pretty tight in the room and both of us stubbed a toe trying to walk around. We decided we were going to try to sleep and leave on the morning, as we were not going to do all the stairs everyday, plus we did not feel safe at all. I made a new reservation at a different hotel that night and we left in the morning. "

"The entire staff was kind, helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us. Christian at the front desk was awesome. The bellhop Brauwner was awesome. Jeffrey, our waiter in the Havienda restaurant- awesome. We will be back."
