The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!
The room was beautiful! Quiet part of the beach. The bed was Very comfortable. We were greeted w/ a lovely cheese, cracker & fig platter! The Restaurant was very small & perfedt! The breakfast every morning was so delicious! Mostly we love the Family who owns this beautiful little Hotel! They are there all the time to answer any questions for you. Love this place!
Hidden gem! This place is so cozy and close to the square, market and the art show that the plaza has on Thursdays. Great staff that is so friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10! I will be coming back in June with my kids.
Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.
Staying here is definitely a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived we were told not to worry about checking in and to get a drink and relax. Rooms were ready and amazing. The Bar tender is also amazing. All drinks were made from fresh squeezed fruits and he also made some of his own mixes. The best Mojito I have ever had. The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.
What’s to say? Service is impeccable. Food is amazing, and if you have any food allergies they are very accommodating. As a vegan, they were able to modify when needed. Multiple pools. Go to the one the furthest back. Will stay here again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Maria – clean, comfortable and conveniently located, with very reasonable rates and a friendly, attentive staff (special kudos to Abigail and Melissa at the reception desk - very accommodating!).
We stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious and had a small kitchenette with a balcony view of the golf course, and its king-size bed was very comfortable. Olga, one of the hotel’s team of cleaning maids was very attentive and friendly, too.

The Hilton Azul is a fabulous property. Has everything and anything you can ask for. Only one disappointing problem. For a premier property, I can't believe they don't provide bottled water in the rooms. They admit the tap water in not approved for drinking, then why not provide water for their guests? Quite disappointing. BTW, they sell gallons and gallons of bottled water in their store. Spend the money, Hilton, and install a water filtration system.
My wife and I were at this nice boutique hotel for a week. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hotel is situated on the side of a mountain that rises up from the coast which creates a nice breeze at night. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. It takes about 8 minutes and we would do the walk every evening just for the pleasure. I was in Los Cabos for surfing and was not disappointed. I only gave marks off because the pool was dry and it was hot enough that it would have been nice. The owner and his wife were really nice and very accommodating. I would go back in a heartbeat. Felt very safe even though it is off the beaten path. Beds were sooooo comfortable!
When we booked there was only 1 review, which made me leery. However it proved to be the nicest place we have stayed in and around Los Cabos. This was a our 6th trip to the area and this place was wonderful.
The property was beautiful! It just openned in early 2022! Food was very good - the all-inclusive was really amazing and can be purchased on-site for a minimum of 3 days and everyone in a room must buy. The staff were excellent and very friendly.
My one critique is the communication between the property and myself prior to my stay. I had asked several questions a few weeks before we arrived and did not hear back until we had checked in and been there for a few days.
