"All of the staff have been amazing through out the entirety of our stay. The rooms are very clean and the pool was warm and the kids loved it. Breakfast was excellent. Will definately be staying here anytime I need a room in the future. "

"The door didn't lock from the outside, the toilet was dirty, the bathroom faucet base moved when I turned the water on and the tv didn't work. I also didn't have the confirmation number in my email so they didn't have my reservation. "

"Although the room was clean where it counts most (bed, sheets, bathroom, kitchen), the hotel seriously lacks attention to details - even large details. The remote control was filthy - like, really gross. I am not sure when the hallways, stairwells, and elevator had been cleaned, either. It is just unsettling that when you see things that should be clean and are not, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows are not. The location is great and it is quiet for being in a busy area, but we will not be returning. "
