A visitor that we met there Chanylu shared her great experience about the hotel prior to hurricane Maria & even married there a few years ago. Staff was accommodating. Especially Cynthia & Juan. BF was okay. It would be best to call directly to request exactly what you’re looking for ex. Floor, bed/s. groups etc"

"The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. "
