upon arrival, we saw arrows pointing us to our room, which we thought was a joke but nope, our door was lighting up. we walked in and omg, that says it all, HUGE ROOM, HUGE SHOWER, tv in the hot tub, awesome amenities, karaoke in the room, surround sound around the bed with self lighting. 24 hour room service...MASSAGE CHAIR?!?! this was the best hotel i have ever stayed and let me tell u, i have stayed in some nice places. hotel staff was awesome! you wont regret it.

The hotel is brand new and done to a very high standard. Staff are friendly and efficient. They perform their duties with minimal fuss and maximum effort. We loved the spa facilities and the breakfast buffet. Some reviews said there was a long line for the coffee machine - this wasn’t our experience. Particularly as there were two machines available for guests. The executive lounge was very relaxing and offered excellent value for money. All in all this was a near perfect stay. Kudos!
Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

It was amazing here!! We stayed on the 20th floor and our window had a beautiful view of the city!! What really surprised me the most and am most thankful for was toothbrush and disposable razor blades provided!! I know for sure other hotels like in the Americas or Europe don't provide stuff like this. And the distance from the train station is close by!! I loved statying here and wouldn't mind staying here again ^-^
