Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.
Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room.
Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work.
Dining: The salmon flakes set was delicious and breakfast buffet was tasty with a wide array of fresh food.

Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Crowne Plaza Chitose is about a $20 taxi ride from the airport. There is no airport shuttle service unfortunately.
It’s a nicely appointed hotel with a Family Mart in the lobby which is extremely convenient, and it’s situated next door to Aeon Mall with restaurants, shops, food court and a basement supermarket. There is a clean coin operated self service laundromat in the lobby which requires 200-300yen to wash and dry. A game bar and large restaurant with a beautiful outdoor area are also on...
Staffs were friendly even there was a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate with us. Room was decent but don’t expect plenty of space. Hotel was next to the main avenue leading to Sapporo station so it’s very vibrant at night, also close to shopping places and food plazas, many local restaurants that are tourists friendly. For laundry there was a coin laundry right behind the 7-11.
The onsen really helped with our sleep after walking around all day.
Breakfast style is authentic Japanese and we’re very happy we got to enjoy it during our stay.
Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size.
