We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues.
The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any.
Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice.

Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!
Great stay at Raviz. Room, food & general hospitality was good. More accommodation for car drivers will help. Staff was polite, courteous & very helpful.
The rooms are fantastic and a minor gripe is that the pools were not heated. The morning breakfast and dinner were chaotic. There is no coordination and the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. We pay the high room costs for the most relaxing experience but chaos at morning and dinner leaves much to be desired. The spa is good and in-room dining service is good.
We recently had a wonderful stay at Hive Resort, Wayanad. The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast.

My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂
