If museums are on your list of things to see in Ibusuki, then you might want to head to Ibusuki Archaeological Museum. If you want to see more of the museums in Ibusuki, Satsuma Denshokan and Iwasaki Museum aren't far.
Sightseeing doesn't mean you have to blow the budget. For some things to do in Ibusuki, enjoy the outdoors at Kaimondake Volcano or Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park. Be certain to include a visit to Saraku Sand Bath Hall.
