The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. We had a wonderful stay in one of the newly remodeled suites. It was more than enough space for us and our two young girls and we loved the soaking spa and balcony! Breakfast was a really nice addition and the customer service and friendly staff made it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Excellent location!
This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds.
Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs.
