This is a well-run, friendly, nicely constructed "village-style" property not far from Santa Maria De Leuca. The architecture is reminiscent of the area (pseudo-trulli style). The staff is capable of speaking multiple languages, by their estimate, and many spoke English quite well though I would have been happy if they let me struggle with my less than proficient Italian. Roberto, is the owner and he is extremely nice. The place is extremely clean and like pictures for the most part. They let me have a few minutes extra for checkout since I’m still trying to adjust to time change … he was extremely helpful in figuring out where to go in town. Except for the restaurants that he recommended for me. I gave amenities a 4 star because bathroom was across the hall and if the place was busy, There would be somebody in the same hall as me and my bathroom is wide open....

Great spot

This is a gorgeous villa built in 1874 with a view of both the Ionian and Adriatic seas from it's roof top observation room. It is a fantastic place to stay. You will feel like the tsar on vacation.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was close to all the sites of Santa Maria di leuca. Mario the host made are stay perfect by giving us an excellent overview of the property and town. His information allowed us to make the most of our short stay. The breakfast was of local cuisine.
