"This is an amazing hotel, clean, and rooms are huge. We had Quad. room and it was soooo roomy for me, my husband and 25 year old sons. Washroom had big towels! We had a really early flight, and only had a coffee, but the breakfast was one of the best aI have ever seen. and I have seen/had many! Book this hotel with confidence! Great place to go and discover Bari, and neighbours towns and beaches!"

"I rarely write a review, this one deserves it! The staff contacted us prior to arrival to check if we needed anything and arranged us a seamless transfer to the hotel. They welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Anything we needed, they helped us with including laundry, car rental and other suggestions. Everything was 10/10. We stayed in the beachfront suite with amazing view !"

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."

"The property is even better than advertised! It is a gorgeous resort and very convenient for young families. The little train will take you to the private beach in minutes. The 3 pools are wonderful, but the most noteworthy thing to mention is the incredible staff!!! Amazing, attentive, always busy and making sure that the guests have everything. There is nothing I did not like (except maybe the security guard at the villas’ gate who was extremely rude because we were at the wrong gate to exit)… My husband and I would come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!"
