Very nice owner, very helpful plus location fantastic walking distance. Ac Brend new. But is quite zone there so taxi will drop you on different street.

This was a fabulous place. The location was perfect, the service was excellent. My wife injured her foot and they arranged for a competent English speaking doctor to attend to her. The breakfast was well done with tasty options. As a family of 4 with two older boys they gave us an "apartment" with cathedral ceiling, master bedroom, a single bedroom and a extra bed perfectly placed in the living/dining room. There was a kitchen as well. Phenomenal place and staff.

Nice hotel, easy walk from train and bus stations and walkable to just about everything. Rooftop, where nice breakfast is served and also the location of a restaurant, has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Staff is very helpful. Usually I add something on things you'd might want to be aware of beforehand, but in this case there aren't any such things.

We arrived in Palermo on the overnight ferry from Napoli and took a cab directly to the hotel. Because it was only 7:00am, we couldn't check into our room, but the desk manager offered to check our luggage so we could go out without worrying about it. When we left to find coffee, one of the staff was coming off his shift and showed us where we could find a nice restaurant on the map. When we returned to the hotel around 2pm after sightseeing, our room was ready and we were able to begin enjoying...

I have visited this hotel several times and each time I have been most favorably impressed. The location of the hotel is ideal...close to Piazza Politeama and not far from the Post Office on Via Roma. The Archeological Museum and the Regional Art Museum are a short distance away. Management is friendly and attentive and the breakfast hour is an extremely pleasant experience. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Large room with plenty space for luggage plus desk & closet. Good bathroom with soap & shampoo. Breakfast buffet with eggs, ham/cheese, cold cereal, & lots of pastries. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Great location in Palermo next to shops and attractions.

Staff was veery helpful. My room was very comfortable (single room with a double bed plus AC and private bath). Breakfast was included and was very nice. The location is close to everything in Palermo (the train station, the markets, the waterfront, the architectural attractions). The hotel is old but they do a nice job keeping it clean and safe. I enjoyed calling it home for 4 days.

The hotel is licated in front of the port. You can enjoy the ferrys view. A little bit noisy. In a walking distance from major historical places so you don't need a car to explore the city center. Free parking is also an advantage. The rooms are big, really big.

Second time I stayed here and both were excellent. The location is great, with easy parking. The property is behind a locked gate so very secure. The rooms are modest but clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and kind. Recommend it. Will stay there again, I am sure.

We had a great stay. From the front desk checking in to all the staff through out the resort were 1st class. Incredible grounds and swimming facilites!! 5 stars!

This was a little tricky to find, with the chaotic streets and traffic, but Alessandro came to the rescue,found us and drove us to his lovely B & B. Once there it was a wonderful spot to explore by foot. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff.
