I spent three days at Palazzo Belsanti with a friend and we had a lovely stay. Andrea and Alessandra are wonderful and so very helpful (Andrea even grabbed my seriously HEAVY suitcase from the car and up the stairs to our room!!!), doing all that they can to make your stay in Lecce as enjoyable and authentic as you want it to be. When we arrived, these 70 somethings were a little unsure of the trendy decor and the fact that there was live music each night of our stay. However we were soon won over by the amazing young staff who worked so hard to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were all kind and caring and always working with a smile. We loved our rooms and the roof top lounge. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Italy!
We have been travelling across southern Italy for three weeks and have stayed in several places which were all nice friendly and clean, but Casa Mamma Elvira stands above the rest for us. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and can’t wait to return in the future. The staff were very attentive and helpful, the room was large and beautiful and well appointed. The location was central to all the historic sights, close to shopping and resturants. The breakfast was also very good. We totally recommend this hotel. You will enjoy it tremendously!
It is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable room, great staff and most of all amazing breakfast! During our trip to Puglia we stayed in 4 hotels and this Masseria had one of the two best breakfasts (but the other hotel cost 3.5 times more, so it is even better for Masseria Stali).

A lovely comfortable family run accommodation. The owner is very nice and helpful and it was the perfect stay for our family with two small kids. Nice breakfast, nice room and nice swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Very nice hotel. The only problem was finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. Hotel need to place larger sign. But, overall the staff are helpfull, the breakfast was delicious, the location is close to the historic center. The hotel is clean and safe. I am highly recomend tourists or travelers to book and stay at this hotel if they are planning to travel to Lecce, Italy.
