Great stay! They really went out of their way to take care of guests. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a huge breakfast spread. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
Very clean, convenient location next to bus stop. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff with assistance to park the rental car, recommendation for sightseeing. Even gave a surprise birthday cake and decorated table. Highly recommend this hotel.
A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family.
We are cyclists and the hotel has a separate building just for bicycles including electricity for e-bikes, no extra charge.
The dinner, half board ,was delicious and they even accommodated our friends who weren’t able to book at that hotel.
The pictures on the website misrepresent the location of this hotel by making it seem like it's in the middle of a meadow. In fact, the neighborhood has grown up around the place and it's pretty much surrounded by buildings. That said, we really liked this place. We visited July 2010. It's run by family, mainly by a young man we nicknamed "Ferris" because he had that little Ferris Buehler half-smile going on. He's fluent in Italian, German, English, and apparently a couple of other languages, so...
