"Nice, clean room. Randall and the rest of the staff were incredible, they were helpful and responsive with everything. Took advantage of the spa, had it all to myself for over any hour. Good spot near the historic center, lots of restaurants. Beautiful common areas, elevator. Front desk was not 24 hours, manned in the morning, afternoon vacant, but back in the evening. A great place all around."

"Our train was very late, we had to stay at a different hotel because no one can register you if you are late. It is in a fun part of town, but very, very basic room with no A/C. Breakfast was not good, but the lady working at the hotel is so nice. We would not stay there again."
