I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return.

Roberta was a welcome And an Angel to us. After an exploded tire from a con of a rental company that rhymes with Carfizz, Roberta gave us a last minute booking, directions for an ATM to pay for a tow, breakfast made early with cappuccino, cold bottle of water, empathy, and kindness. Hotel Tirreno was great! The hotel is very close to Formia city center and Is in walking distance of many beaches and restaurants. The onsite parking is very convenient and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tirreno again!
My husband and I booked our stay here for the 2nd leg of our honeymoon to visit his family in Itri for a few days.
Disclaimer: unfortunately, we didn't end up staying as we accepted a room to stay near family.
However, we did go up twice to the hotel where the owner, Giuseppe, greeted us and had set up their beautiful and comfortable suite with a private balcony overlooking the valley, sea & mountains.
Giuseppe was heartbroken we weren't able to stay & truly expressed how happy it would make...

The room was excellent and comfortable. Bathrooms were new. Location couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay again if we return to Gaeta!
The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price.
This was a nice quite resort style stay. The staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful. With a pool, hot tubs and access to the beach it had everything we needed to relax. The parking was onsite and felt safe. The best part of the whole experience was the fireworks the had every night.
Excellent place to stay quiet residential street near the beach and the airport. Safe secure parking, nice rooms and several good pizza places to walk to nearby.
