"Wonderful service, genuine caring and helpful. Only a short one night stay but loved the central location and all the details that make this palazzo special."
"The view of the sea was spectacular. The entire property and room were in excellent condition and very clean. The daily breakfast was amazing and the terrace cookout was superb, especially the wine. Each employee went went above and beyond, from front desk, dining staff to housekeeping."
"Arrival through beautiful tall wood doors, but have to swing wide to get round them in the car - you canāt see whatās coming until you commit to the turn. Drive lined with lovely terracotta pot lamps which were lit at night, signpost directing you to reception isnāt lit - would be helpful if you arrived at night. Warm welcome by receptionist who also showed us round and to our room.
Had booked a mezzanine room which was lovely. Bathroom was on the ground floor, the stairs were quite steep, and hubbyās arthritis was playing up. Also difficult if you need the bathroom during the night as room became very dark. Hubby ended up sleeping in the lounge area for safety for the first night. Spoke to Francesco in reception the next morning and he kindly sourced us a fully ground floor room āwe want to keep our guests happy!ā
The rooms are decorated in keeping with the Moroccan style, but are tired and in need of renovation, particularly the terracotta floor tiles which are badly damaged and gouged and are an accident waiting to happen - also in reception area. Wardrobe was dusty.
Pool is large and spacious, surrounded by palms, cleaned each day. Site is open to day guests and it was very hot so can become crowded. Luckily we had sussed out the better sunbed re shade and got there early; beds got, no seating position. Pool towels provided. Pool bar nice. Had lunch in restaurant - nice choice. WiFi poor connectivity. Good location though."
"Great location in historical centre.
Staff very helpful and professional.
Lovely seating area around plunge pool with views across the city and coastline.
Enjoyable breakfast in a very pleasant setting."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They booked and recommended fabulous restaurants. We chatted and laughed with them in general especially the reception team.
Room was cleaned every day by welcoming cleaning team. The breakfast was Ć la carte and really nice.
Lovely comfortable beds and great to have a table and chairs to sit at outside your room in a terrace ( shared.
And the back door onto Centro Historico was a welcome bonus.
Parking in the road outside was easy and cheap.
Would highly recommend this hotel."
