The apartment was a fantastic accommodation in a quiet residential area, yet not far from the city center. Every area was nicely decorated and everting needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host was always helpful when we had questions. Check in and check out were easy. My only recommendation would be to include the city tax in the reservation. This accommodation was very well located in old town next to all of the highlights of the area (sites, restaurants, attractions, etc.). The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Note that this place is in an area where cars are not allowed and you will have to walk from your transportation (bus, shuttle, taxi, etc.) or park in a nearby parking garage. We did not interact in person with any staff, but they were responsive via email/messages in Hotel.com.

My wife and I recently visited Austria, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. It was a terrific vacation and we booked lodging in six different locations. The G-Design Hotel was the very best of all. The staff were absolutely outstanding at all hours of the day or night! Our genuine thanks to Matt (Mattheus?) at the front desk, and Malita, who attended to our breakfast needs! The hotel itself was very clean, and the beds were absolutely incredible! If your a light sleeper, you won't hear a pin drop....
