Very very nice hotel!! Awesome hotel!!

The hotel was quite beautiful and in a stunning location but what made the stay outstanding for us was the staff. They were nothing short of amazing.

We stayed at Boccioleto Resort & Spa for five nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with spacious rooms and a pool overlooking breathtaking views. The staff is impeccable—always warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. You can really sense the team’s effort to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious, and if we had more time, we would have gladly extended our stay.

When we walked in it brought tears to my eyes. It’s a slice of heaven. We can’t wait to go back. The staff was amazing. The food was exceptional and our room was gorgeous!

Nicest hotel that we stayed at in Italy. Exceptional service and they strive to be upscale and deliver. Impeccable views, grounds, rooms, and restaurant. Almost felt too nice to be true-- blend of older style with new updates. A bit Disney-fied in feel that it seems to cater to mostly Americans and few locals. However, this means no hassles, broken fixtures, etc. (but it is a very different feel like a California spa vs. an old Italy village hotel). Only minor note is that it is a bit removed...

We are very frequent travelers who have never been to the Villa il Poggiale before and loved it. We visited in late September - not too hot and the evenings were cool. Perfect time to go. Federica, Irene, and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful from arranging our to/from airport transportation to making us feel at home. Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. Old hotel in an old mountain top town. Given the limitations of this environment the Cisterna is a great little hotel that met all of our needs .The Cisterna is located in Cisterna Square in town close to sights, dining and a valley view walkway. The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk. The ambiance of Armonia Hotel goes beyond its well appointed lobby and the warm greetings of the caring and efficient reception staff. High ceilings, ornate fixtures, decorative and comfortable furniture, and fashionable floor to ceiling drapes were in our spacious guest room, as well as in the common areas.
