The title says it all- this was a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, etc. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, as well. We will certainly return on or next trip to Volterra!
We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.
We stayed at Boccioleto Resort & Spa for five nights with our two kids and absolutely loved it. The hotel is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with spacious rooms and a pool overlooking breathtaking views. The staff is impeccable—always warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel special. You can really sense the team’s effort to create an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was delicious, and if we had more time, we would have gladly extended our stay.
We generally get a house in Florence and then spend three days as a side trip in San Gimignano. I truly enjoyed this hotel because of its PROXIMITY TO THE ENTRANCE RATHER THAN TO THE NETHER REACHES. The lady in the reception area was especially kind and most helpful...always a plus!
The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk.
The included daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, granolas, breads and cold cuts. And, of course, the espresso...
We had good information for exploring Montecatini Terme. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks when we arrived, and the breakfast. We came to see the historical baths and also enjoyed a soak in the public bath.
Loved this resort! It is exceptional. Customer service is top notched and everyone is very helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. My grand daughter stated that it was the best in all of Italy.
