Hotel staff very friendly and speak English. Beach area was clean with private beach area and hotel provides chairs. Breakfast was excellent especially the cappuccino! Planning on returning next year for longer stay!

The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties.
It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.
Our experience at Michelangeli's B & B in Orvieto was exceptional! We stayed almost 2 weeks and never had a complaint. We found the room rate reasonable. Francesca, the owner, was kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. Despite her broken English (and our broken Italian), we managed to communicate. The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. We had plenty of coffee, juice and breakfast food stocked in the room. At your request, the owner will do your laundry - and do it well -...
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful agriturismo! The location is fantastic, very close to the hot springs, which made it incredibly convenient. The breakfast had an amazing selection with plenty of delicious choices, and the restaurant food was very good as well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! Breakfast was yummy. I wish I took more of the chocolate pastry. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We even met the owner, who was so kind and most generous. My room (8) was small but I was pretty comfortable. The elevator made moving luggage easier. I received a fresh towel and a made bed quickly every day. The shower was small but had hot water and good pressure. I had brought my own washcloth, shampoo and conditioner which I recommend. They do supply body wash. Breakfast was very nice with hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, meat, yogurt and fruit. If you like a hard mattress you will love the bed - me, not so much. I really felt welcome for the two...
