This was our favorite hotel in Sardinia. It is such a unique beautiful landscape around the property. The road to the hotel is about 45 mins on a dirt road which was both shocking and sooo cool. The restaurant was lovely. The pool area was gorgeous and always had seats open in June. Truly a magical place.
Location was excellent. Service was incredible. The staff was on point. Cleanest sea I’ve ever swam in. Food was amazing and drinks. Did I mention how beautiful the hotel and staff were! I can’t wait to go back.
Friendly, laid back place. The hosts were very patient with our limited Italian, and we shared a laugh or two. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Fun little local pizzeria across the street
L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!

On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own.
The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. Cold water and juice in the fridge,coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was just great. There is also a pool outside which you can enjoy in a very well maintained...
Wonderful and helpful receptionist Simone! He helped me arrange everything from tours, to dinner reservations, car rental, boat excursions. He was lovely. Thanks for everything again
Excellent central location with very clean rooms, outstanding bathroom - great shower is needed and provided after hours at the beach. Perfect balcony views over the ocean watching the ferries come in looking back towards the mainland. Aircon was also spot on so all in all the hotel is exactly what you need after spending your days and nights exploring Carloforte and the island.
We spent in this hotel 9 days and it was the best holiday ever. The hotel is very unique and the staff is so kind, especially Isabella and Sorin at the reception. The pool and the rooms are beautiful. The only problem was the breakfast, it was a bit poorly for us, because we not used to eat sweet food (cake, muffin) in the morning. But we will come back for sure!
Perfect stay here. Phenomenally well-located at the end of the main stretch in the port area, easy walk to all the great restaurants and gorgeous back/side streets, as well as views onto the port and a grocery store just a block or two away. The room had everything we needed - - was clean, simple, and well appointed, and the breakfast which was included was the perfect start to our day.
