I was lucky enough to stay here for an entire week solo. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️
The inclusive breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious! Dinner option for 40 euros and amazing choices. Very quiet with excellent views of the mountains.
The stay was mostly up to expectation with no surprises - good or bad. The pool has a great view of the mountain and is very quiet. The breakfast was good. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The only thing we weren't 100% satisfied with was the room - we booked a bigger room type wanting to enjoy some space. However, I think we were assigned a not-so-good room within the same room type which has a weird config and made the space feel quite cluttered. Other than that everything felt good.
Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff.
They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.
The reception man was very Nice and warm welcoming. Our room was in third floor with balcony. We could see the mountain in the distance. Fantastic view. Room was very neat and clean.
We also loved this hotel for the outdoor jacuzzi and for the reading room.
If this was winter we would have been happy to be just next to the lift.

One of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The hotel itself was incredible. Clean, loved the vibe. The amenities were awesome and easy to access! The service and staff was 10/10! They even cleaned my shoes after I had been hiking all day. Came out to our car when we pulled in. Just went above and beyond! Sooo worth the price!

This is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Fabulous new renovation. Large rooms, shower and plenty of storage. Very quiet. The staff was awesome and very helpful about options for trips outside of the city. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Can’t recommend enough!
Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away.
The rooms are a decent size for Europe-with bathrobes and slippers in the room. The room was clean and quiet with a tea and coffee maker in the room along with tea and cofee.

We had a lovely stay in Siusi! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of great options. The hotel has a beautiful, modern wing, although the older wing where we stayed could use some updates and upgrades. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the wonderful hospitality.
