Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

Always stay every year. And reasonable price and clean and comfortable

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....

If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food. The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too. The front desk staff was also great. Would gladly come back to Hyatt Milano.

Had a quick 1 night stay in Milan. Arrived early before check-in and planned to store our luggage, but got lucky and our room was ready early so we were able to freshen up after a long flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, wish we were staying more than one night!

I had a mishap and took the wrong train, ended up in Milan instead of Rome! The staff here were very nice and helpful!! Turned what could have been nightmare into a dream at a rooftop bar!

The place is great! We really liked it andhad everything that we needed. Overall it is clean and organized.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the metro, Duomo, park and many delicious restaurants. Quiet and really clean this is my favorite hotel to stay in Milan.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.
