Teresa was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and assisting us with anything we needed, making everything so easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated all of her help and attention. "The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet. I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea. Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot)."
