This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room, but we spent most of our time on the patio downstairs anyway. We’d recommend this place to anyone!

Yes, we had a 'room with a view' of the lake, with the ferries and hydrofoils, the passeggiata, the sun setting over the early 20th Century and George Bloody Clooney's villa somewhere over there. The hotel boasts several sets of plush lounges in the lobby, a restaurant, a lift, and a magnificent marble staircase which we used by preference, because we can, and really just for the grandeur of it...
Impeccable. White glove clean. I was completely comfortable from the bathroom to the bed. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed which made me sleep as if I were at home. All aspects of my stay were perfect. Dania was exceptional in making our stay complete.
Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.
