"As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences. "

"Very nice and helpful staff. However, the bed (single) was tiny and not good to sleep ever if you are a normal built person. Breakfast is not at the hotel but at the nearby restaurant. Limited choice but it was ok for one night stay."

"Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately. "

"great affordable and borderline hip but basic hotel affiliated with student accommodation and reasonably well located to metro / bike share points / bus links in a sleepy part of town. pleasant reception staff. some decent restaurants nearby. cheap breakfast options at the counter (probably better than basic continental breakfast option). comfortable firm beds. unfortunately room was quite dusty. "
