Very nice property currently being updated with new AC units, stucco and painting. Room had older furniture but was very comfortable. Restaurant on site. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was excellent! Very helpful. This property is NOT Naples and very expensive to taxi to Naples (70 euro one way). Nothing nearby to walk to.
Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few...
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed.
The location is great. It's an easy walk to town but enough apart to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size and many feature balconies. I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. It's worth it!

Beautiful property picturesquely situated on a cliff overlooking the Bay of Napoli. Excellent customer service at the front desk, restaurant and bar. Conveniently located just a few local train stops from Sorrento and approximately 25 minutes from Pompeii. Driver available to bring you to the train station and local restaurants at no extra charge.
We loved our stay here. From the second the staff checked us in, the staff was very friendly, the food for dinner was delicious all three nights, and they helped us schedule two excursions to Amalfi/Positano and Capri. Great experience.
We chose to stay here as to wanting to be near the coast. I had booked this based on reviews. This hotel was wonderful, staff was amazing, rooms are what we expected for Naples. Area is most likely one of the safest. You have everything at your fingertips. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes, sunbathing, the Port of Naples and their major "downtown" shopping area, all within walking distance. Views! Loved it so much staying there again.
This is an excellent choice for a hotel stay in Naples; the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. If safety is a concern, the hotel is without doubt, a first choice. Vehicles cannot travel beyond a check point well in front of the hotel building and the location at the port provides an extra layer of security. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants and other city attractions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Go there; you will not be disappointed!
Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

I study the archeological sites and after many visits have used this hotel as my base. Consider disregarding some of the dated comments as the hotel updates individual rooms continually and that along with this area is going through a renaissance of sorts as a result of the opening of its integral underground Metro (Metropolitana di Napoli). As you can imagine it took decades as they continually hit archeological sites. This is a most convenient area to consider and has been for a century...
Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!
The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
