We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival.
You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room had two beds. One was a larger queen sized and one was a single with a memory foam topper. The larger bed had a harder mattress, but I always travel with a foam topper. I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot.
The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience.

The hotel is right off the highway on our way from Tuscany to Rome. We found the location worked well for us. It has a nice elegant modern decor. The only thing that needs improvement is the small shower in the bathroom. It is very small

INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. Concierge went out of his way to be kind and make great recommendations for attractions in the area. He is the heart of the place and the family said talking with him was one of the highlights of the trip!

It was a wonderful experience staying at B&B dell’Aviatore! The owner was flexible, kind, and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations with surprising perks. The property is up a winding road, which is clearly signed and reveals striking views over the surrounding area. We look forward to an opportunity to return!
