"A slightly odd little place to stay but overall it was clean, safe & perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights in that area. If you are going to Stagnone for kite surfing then this is an absolute perfect location - Literally a minutes walk down to the coast where the sky was full of kite surfers - beautiful sight. "Lovely spot if you're in the area. We stayed there for our last 2 days after spending 16 days touring the island. What a good idea it was. We got to unwind and relax before returning home. Staff are all very friendly, I found it to be their strength as a resort. The pool, though a bit cool, is nice with a great music selection and the sound volume is just right. "I chose this location because I had a tour departing from the port at 930A and my bus was arriving from Palermo at 845A. It was a quick 7 minute walk from the bus stop and I was able to drop my bags off and they handed me the keys. Once I came back, I was able to access my room. I was on the top floor and it was a clean room with a clean bathroom. I was able to use the washing machine as well. Doors were tricky to lock but they show you. "We arrived at the B&B, La Dimora Di Segesta, after having to make a last minute booking because we were left without a place to stay due to the B&B booked months ago was closed. Roberto was so helpful and soon arrived at the B&B after we called him to tell him the situation we were in. After using his WiFi to sort out the bookings he showed us the room, which was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. "Salvatore (owner) was extremely thoughtful and a fantastic host showing us the free parking option, recommending itinerary and giving all tips. The room is super spotless clean and with potable water offered daily in a glass bottle (refilled, sustainable!). Breakfast is on the terrace, and they organized vegan options (delicious vegan pistachio croissant for my partner). Highly recommend this place."
