Villa Kete is beautiful. The rooms and grounds are impeccable with beautiful landscaping and great views. The pool is fantastic, especially given the intense heat of Sicilian summers. Sabrina was very friendly, helpful, and kind. They also serve a very nice breakfast buffet. The only drawback is that the owner lives at the hotel and walks around almost inspecting everyone. At one point he told me that my kids were getting too much water from the pool on to the deck. If you're going to have a...
The location of this hotel was superb.
Very close to Valley of the temples and historic old town.
Clean and modern room. Lovely roof to terrace with beautiful view of ruins and the Mediterranean.
Breakfast was great...even supplied sandwiches for our lunch.
Lovely owner offering anything to make us comfortable. Hopefully we can return soon.
Staying at Daphne house is a must. First, other reviews are 100 correct, as this property is superbly clean, decorated, and taken care of. There is even a lift for accessability. The homecooked breakfast and cakes were all made from locally sourced ingredients. Honestly, the cakes should be sold in a shop. They are amazing. The host will go out of her way to make you comfortable. We had a hard afternoon before checking in, so to make us feel more settled she gave us some cake and coffee on...
A brand new renovated old house with all the amenities. Still smell new.
The owner is very friendly and gave us a huge breakfast and helped us to all the turistic info we needes.
The hotel was great, however the Maitre De in the restaurant was a complete jerk! I decided to try it and she was acting fine until I said that I wanted just an appetizer and from that point on she completely ignored me and was speaking very negatively about me to my waiter (who was great) She thought that I couldn't understand what she was saying in sicilian however I understood what she was saying and it was NOT GOOD!
So as you are driving to this B&B you might think about turning around and reconsidering your stay. You take a right at the little yellow sign, you drive down a long dirt road, keep driving! Once the gate is open... it is darling! Gerlando and his mother greet you, the property is beautiful, the rooms super updates, clean and big! Gerlando was super helpful; giving us places to visit for ice cream, food and sites! The Temples are just 7 min. away, so perfect for a quick trip to...
A cute B & B in central Agrigento. Lia was a wonderful host. Spacious room and everything was in fine order. Parking and driving around the downtown area is not the easiest, but I think it is worth it!
We loved our stay here! Our room was very spacious (even for 2 adults and 2 children!), with beautiful views. We loved the location, just off a street with lots of restaurants and shops, but still surprisingly quiet. Our hostess made the check in process very easy. There is a short walk from the parking lot, but it is inexpensive and easy (we paid 3€ to park overnight). We would stay here again!
Aldo made us feel so welcome and gave us great recommendations to see things around the area. This place is highly recommended and located in a great spot at the top of the hill.
The facility inside is great. The building is located on noisy dirty road and exterior of the building is very old and in poor shape in need of immediate repair. The proximity to the temples is very convenient hence makes this a good choice overall. Free public parking all be it limited across the street is nice but can imagine in summer would be hard to find a space.
The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The location is excellent, right in the center and main street. The place has no elevators, and the stairs are steep to go up with heavy luggage, just something to keep in mind for people that are older and having mobility issues.
The hotel is a beautiful property. The lobby and public rooms are beautifully furnished. There is a large covered patio where you can have drinks at gaze at the Valley of the Temples in the distance. At night the ruins are lit up and you can see them from the hotel. Our room was lovely, and we had dinner at the hotel, which was very convenient as there was not a lot to walk to and we didn't want to drive. We were able to walk to a cafe for lunch. Dinner was fine. We had a view of the ruins and...
This is a very clean, family-run hotel in which we have been going to for over ten years in Agrigento. The staff has always been exceptional to us! The pool is one of this hotel’s best features. The staff has given us excellent directions to all local attractions and wonderful restaurants in the area. Our room was quiet and extremely confortable for sleeping! This is our only choice for lodging wherever we are in Agrigento!!
