Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!

As many other reviewers mentioned, it's a great hotel for the money. The hotel is run by Antonio and Paulo (father and son) who speak very good English and are very helpful with recommendations.

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Did a ton of research on hotels in Positano for week vacay w/ my GF - trying to keep $ manageable while providing key amenities (good balcony, location, etc.). So happy I went with Savoia.
Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.

We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. The Conceige is very knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations and advice for restaurants and things to do. If you can, don't miss their rooftop sunset event. The sunset is exceptional from there. A gem on the Amafi Coast.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, and there was something for every palette 😋 The shuttle service to the town Square Square was convenient and saved us money! This hotel is a gem!! The private beach access alone makes it a must stay! The food by the beach is great and the beach chairs and easy water access means you can stay out there all day. Bring your water shoes because the small rocks when you're getting in and out are a little rough. The hotel is right at the beginning of the Amalfi Coast and although you can drive from there to the most popular destinations on the coast, there is no need to because you are a 8 minute walk to the town of Cetara...
My husband and I were truly impressed by the generosity and great care we received during our stay! The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were much larger than other hotels we stayed at in Italy. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The walk to town was charming. You can get great food at the local restaurants but the hotel also serves a nice sit down dinner and a continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying at this location. You will truly enjoy your stay!
