This hotel is a gem!! The private beach access alone makes it a must stay! The food by the beach is great and the beach chairs and easy water access means you can stay out there all day. Bring your water shoes because the small rocks when you're getting in and out are a little rough. The hotel is right at the beginning of the Amalfi Coast and although you can drive from there to the most popular destinations on the coast, there is no need to because you are a 8 minute walk to the town of Cetara...
Did a ton of research on hotels in Positano for week vacay w/ my GF - trying to keep $ manageable while providing key amenities (good balcony, location, etc.). So happy I went with Savoia.
Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.

Had a room with an incredible balcony overlooking the Coast in Maiori. Hotel has an updated pool lounge area with service. Breakfast is prepared every morning. We liked bringing it down to our room, but the quality of the breakfast was overall subpar (the pros of the hotel far outweigh this con). We did notice that at the time we went there happened to be a much older crowd (we're in our early 30s) but it didn't deter from our trip as nightlife was not our focus. Maiori has a small town...
We recently stayed at this hotel over our honeymoon and we never wanted to leave! The rooms are fun, beds are comfy, and we had a stunning view. The breakfast was fantastic and was quite the spread with pastries, eggs, bacon, coffee, granola, and even these delicious heart-shaped donuts. There is also a nice little beach and some great restaurants close by. Roof-top terrace offers great views of Atrani. Amalfi is in walking distance where there are many shops and additional restaurant options...
This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. The path winding through the cliffs to the small bar and lounge chairs along the water is very unique. Very small wading pool on upper terrace. Classic double room was small and non-descript. Disappointed with the size of balcony and the sea view from room!
This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff (serving, concierge, bellman, maids - all of them) were the warmest, most sincere and helpful people. This place is amazing off the beaten path but there shuttle is so easy to use they have set time and only takes you to train station but it works perfectly the train station is in town.
I loved staying here. I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s not close to Sorrento, so renting a car is a good idea if you fly or train to Napoli. The road to Almafi coast is crowded and narrow, plus difficult parking anywhere, so I would suggest the ferry or bus.
I didn’t know they had a shuttle service to the train station until my last day. I could have saved a lot of money. The taxis are Very expensive and the shuttle was 2.50 compared to 20 one way.
Prisco was in a great location, close to shops, the beach, taxi stand. Roma and the rest of the staff were welcoming and accommodating(held our luggage, booked put taxi to Naples). I would definitely return back to Royal Prisco!
Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.
